Elements of Teams

The purpose of this work is to contribute to the development of more self-aware, open organizations and individuals with greater self-esteem.  During this one-day program you will be introduced to The Human Element®, an integrated solution to address the human issues in organizations.  When people use different conceptual approaches, they are less likely to see the relation of each to other areas of work. Because The Human Element describes all areas of human functioning using the same dimensions – inclusion, control, and openness – the interconnection among the human issues in organizations becomes more obvious and easier to address.  In addition, as people learn about one area, they simultaneously learn about all the others, making all improvement efforts more valuable and far reaching.

The ultimate goal of this approach is to create a Human Element organization structured to bring out the best in all team members. Teams operate at their full potential utilizing every member’s contribution, with everyone being open and honest, and each person taking full responsibility for his or her behaviour and feelings.
